These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the services offered by ScorchedHosting ("Company," "we," or "us") through our hosting platform. By creating an account and using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Our services are provided exclusively to users who are legally permitted to enter into binding contracts according to the laws in their region or country. This means you must meet the legal requirements, such as being of legal age and having the mental capacity to understand and agree to the terms of a contract. By accepting these Terms, you are confirming that you have the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement with us, and that no legal restrictions prevent you from doing so.
To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities conducted through it. In the event of unauthorized use, you are required to notify us immediately.
You are not allowed to use our services for any illegal, using our services to break the law, engage in fraudulent behavior, or carry out any activity that violates the guidelines we have set for proper and acceptable use of our platform. activities or in ways that go against our project policies. This restriction applies to a wide range of actions, including but not limited to the following:
- Hosting illegal, harmful, or offensive content;
- Cyber-attacks or unauthorized access to other systems or networks;
- Spam or any form of unsolicited communication.
ScorchedHosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these rules.
All payments for using our services must follow the billing policies set by our company. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that all applicable fees for the chosen services are paid in full and on time. We also reserve the right to adjust or change our fees as needed, but we will always provide advance notice to users before any changes take effect, ensuring transparency in any updates to our pricing structure.
Customers are entitled to request a full refund of payments made within 48 hours of service activation. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via the contact form available on our discord. After the 48-hour period, no refunds will be provided. Cancelling services is free, but if you want to transfer a service, it will lose a value of €5 (obviously, you can only do this for €5+ plans).
At ScorchedHosting, we work hard to provide services that are continuously available without interruptions. While we strive for consistent service uptime, we cannot promise that our services will be available 100% of the time. There may be occasional downtime due to unforeseen circumstances. For any planned maintenance or interruptions, we will make sure to inform users in advance, so they are aware of any upcoming disruptions to their service.
ScorchedHosting is not responsible for any loss of data, loss of profits, or other indirect damages that may occur while using our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages caused by cyber-attacks, service downtime, technical errors, or system failures. While we take precautions to ensure our services run smoothly and securely, we cannot be held liable for any issues that may arise unexpectedly during your use of the services.
We are committed to protecting your personal data and take this responsibility very seriously. To understand how we collect, store, and process your personal information, we encourage you to read our Privacy Policy. This policy provides comprehensive details about our practices and procedures regarding your personal data. It is important to note that our Privacy Policy is considered an essential part of these Terms, meaning that by agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.
ScorchedHosting retains the right to make changes or modifications to these Terms whenever necessary. If we make any significant changes that may affect your use of our services, we will ensure that you are notified about these updates. It's important to understand that if you continue to use our services after these changes have been made to the Terms, it will be considered as your acceptance of the updated Terms. Therefore, we encourage you to regularly review the Terms to stay informed about any modifications that may occur.
ScorchedHosting has the right to suspend or completely terminate the provision of services at any time and for any reason that we deem justified. This includes, but is not limited to, situations such as failure to make payments for the services rendered or violations of these Terms. We take these actions seriously and do so to protect both our business and our community of users. If your services are suspended or terminated, we will provide you with the appropriate notifications whenever possible, and we encourage you to adhere to the Terms to avoid any interruptions in service..
